Your risk of developing diabetes

Worried about developing diabetes? Coventry General Practitioners (GPs) deal with a large number of patients on a daily basis with this condition. Did you know 1 in 7 adults have pre-diabetes? A condition which can put you at risk of developing diabetes, about 5-12 patients in a 100 with this condition will go on to develop diabetes each year. However with the right intervention we could prevent you from developing the illness. Here at our medical practice, both our surgeries attempt to identify patients at risk. Doctors will advise those at risk on how to minimise their chance of the illness.
