Alcohol consumption is on the increase. In excess this can be harmful. Here at Jubilee Health Centre & Broad Street Surgery medical practices the General Practitioners (GPs) have been screening patients to identify those at risk. we have been using screening tools (questionnaires) to identify those patients at risk. Screening Tool ( questionnaire)- Use AUDIT C for ease, If you score greater than 5 then please go on to complete the full AUDIT questionnaire.
Brief Intervention - this will help you draw up a plan to help you give up. A patient booklet is available to print to help.
